We keep this simple: email is the fastest way to reach us. There is no contact form in the current version — a direct message to a real inbox beats a form that disappears into a queue.

Write to contact@covasky.com for anything — route issues, product feedback, press, or partnership enquiries. We read everything and aim to reply within a few business days.

Reporting a route issue

Spotted a result that looks wrong — a price that doesn't match the partner site, a connection that can't work, a route that shouldn't exist? Those reports genuinely improve the tool. To help us reproduce the problem, please include:

• The route — origin and destination (city or airport codes).
• The travel dates you searched.
• The solution mode where you saw the issue — Flights, Stopovers, or Mixed.
• The provider shown (airline, bus, or train operator).
• The price displayed on CovaSky at the time.

A screenshot helps enormously if you have one, but it's not required.

Booking problems

One honest caveat: because bookings happen on partner websites, we cannot change, cancel, or refund a booking — we never held it in the first place. For anything about an existing booking, contact the airline or partner you booked with directly. For everything else, we're here.

• Statement of good faith belief

We will respond within 72 hours and remove infringing content promptly.
